I often have to read the regulations to answer questions. Recently a client was complaining that his driver got a ticket for logbook falsification. He was complaining because the log was perfect except that the officer said that the average speed was too high. So the officer gave a ticket based on the belief that the driver could not average the speed that he showed in the logbook and therefore he falsified the log.
